What we build
Onedesk Pro is a multi-channel customer communication workspace. Teams connect WhatsApp Business, Instagram DM, Facebook Messenger, and Web Live Chat into one shared inbox, upload approved business knowledge, and use an automated assistant that can reply from that knowledge with human handoff when a person is needed.
Who it is for
Onedesk Pro is built for support and success teams that already answer customers on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, or web chat—and want one place to reply, hand off, and ground answers in approved business content. Typical early users are lean ops teams that need shared ownership without stitching together separate inboxes.

Who operates it
Onedesk Pro is a software product designed, developed, and operated by Typetech IT. Typetech IT is the contracting and operating entity; Onedesk Pro is the product brand. We sell and support a SaaS workspace—not agency staffing or a white-label Meta agency service sold under a different company name.
Meta channel features use official platform APIs under your business assets. Platform fees (for example WhatsApp) are billed by Meta or your Business Solution Provider; Onedesk Pro does not mark those up.
